As demands for freezing, storing, and delivering, GLORY has improved our freezers to support these needs. The biggest challenge when freezing fruits and vegetables is not only freezes the surface quickly but also not losing juice, taste, and weight. GLORY freezers work well for fruits and vegetables in whole form, slices, pieces, and even when they are semi-packed or fully packed.

An ideal method for cube cuts, or other types of smaller slice sizes and dimensions, is float freezing. However, larger cut sizes can ideally be handled with GLORY tunnel freezer. Depending on your type of product and batch sizes, you may opt for our Fluidized Bed, Mesh Belt, or Steel Belt IQF Freezer. An important advantage of our Freezer is that they are ideally suited for handling packed products, whether it’s vacuum-sealed, boxed, or in trays.

Smaller batches can ideally be frozen in our Airblast Freezer. When you typically process food stored in frozen blocks, you may decide on our Contact Plate Freezer.
