Only by using the touchpad on our Autocell®, your staff can operate your complete GLORY freezing line. All GLORY products have been equipped with the same unique GLORY software, making them highly responsive. When temperature fluctuations arise, your Autocell will signal this automatically and adjust the speed accordingly to maintain a stable product core temperature and stable glazing rate.
